Elder Commissioning this Sunday: Thabang Nare will be commissioned this Sunday as a member of the CenterPoint elder board.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Thabang came with his family to live in the US in 2016 and Concord in 2018 at which time they started attending CenterPoint.
CenterPoint Church Married Life Ministry is offering a 5-session workshop series to learn and practice principles of a strong marriage as designed by God and communicated through scripture. The series starts on Sunday, April 28, and will continue through Sunday, May 26 from 9 am to 10:15 am in the Lower Level.
The series is based on the book by Francis and Lisa Chan, You and Me Forever www.youandmeforever.org. Anyone interested in joining in can simply show up at any workshop session. For all inquiries, please contact Frank and Wendy Harrison at MarriedLifeNH@gmail.com
LEGACYWISE, an estate document workshop, is coming soon to CenterPoint. The 3-hour program will guide you in the drafting of your Will, Trust and Power of Attorney documents at a very economical cost. Estate plans are about more than money and assets.
An estate plan can also address guardianship issues, disability protection, end of life care and other situations we sometimes don’t think about.
More information regarding the workshops will be sent out in the near future, but two dates to check on your calendar are Monday May 13 from 6 to 9 pm and Saturday June 8 from 9:30 am to 12:30. Moms and Sons, mark your calendar for Sunday May 19th from 12:30 – 2:30 pm for a Mother/Son event starting with lunch together followed by a special time of building relationships, getting creative, maybe a little bit silly and possibly a little competitive.

CP Base Camp is back on April 28th at 10:45 am in the large kids room on the 2nd floor. Are you new, or relatively new to CenterPoint? Then Base Camp is a great first or next step in learning who we are as a church and finding out how you can participate in the life of the church.

CityHope NH plays a very important role in the greater Concord area by coming alongside the financially challenged in and around the Concord Community by offering counsel as well as resources to support individuals and families in need. CityHope also hosts the Pantry at CP every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. CityHope is our ministry that is supported by us and other churches in the area as well as via donations and grants.
